To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure fairness for all clients, please review the cancellation policy below: 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your service with no penalty. • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. 📌 No-Show Policy • If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me, it will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and must be paid before booking another appointment. 📌 Late Arrivals • There is a 10-minute grace period. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and a 50% late cancellation fee may apply. 📌 Card on File • A valid card is required to book all appointments. • Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies. 📌 Refunds • All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
